Therapists earn $20/hr massage base pay + base commission + bonus commission + tips for an average of $45+/hr massage to start. Experienced therapist's will earn an additional 5% commission/year of experience from the date their Colorado Massage License was issued up to 40%. AMC also offers incentive commission bonuses up to 40% and guaranteed quarterly base commission raises of 5%/quarter up to 40%. Earn $88+/hr as you grow with us. AMC will also raise rates for continued growth.
